Frequently asked questions

When do we meet and what is the time commitment?

We will meet weekly on Thursdays for six weeks. The time will be assessed based on what works best for the group overall. Our sessions will be scheduled for 90 minutes to allow for adequate Q&A, although some weeks may wrap in 60 minutes. We will also have a community group within the Laundry University platform to continue the discussion and share progress.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and transcribed. All recordings will be made accessible directly after our calls.

Can my partner or manager join too?

Yes! If you have a partner or manager who wants to participate with you, they are welcome to do so!

Will this actually help me?

YES! There is so much that goes into actually getting your doors open, feeling confident on your pricing and go to market strategy, hiring and training the right staff, and generating momentum within your community. There are so many things to figure out and we will walk with you every step of the way.
